Of course! In fact, I had this post:

Type I and Type II diabetes ...

I have a wonderful book that will minimize in control of your diabetes and complications or eliminate. Some people with diabetes was due to poor diet and obesity are effectively cured by the advice in this book. I am a Type II, but it allows all types, especially those who are diabetic due to poor eating habits. This is an author who has really done his homework, Patrick Quillin, PhD. I have your suggestions and found them very useful. I have no complications, and my blood sugar in the blood are very stable. Yes, I have not taken Glucophage (metformin) per day, but it is the lowest dose (500mg) and I have only twice a day. I got out of metformin to a week, but there was a strong movement. Much of what I call, not a hereditary type IIs (which supplements without a relationship that reduces the full recently) the drug only with diet, exercise and. Thus, in someCases, the safest, what is "effectively" cured.

The book explains what is in our system and what to do. It's really easy and cheap. It's basically diet, supplements, and exercise. For example, did you know that cinnamon helps the absorption of sugar in the blood? It also controls cholesterol and triglycerides. This is according to the USDA http://www.ars.usda.gov/is/np/fnrb/fnrb0 ...

For men: Do you suffer from erectile dysfunction? That was me. Yes, I was. Now that everything is under control, sex, I can almost normal.
